 got my air tools lub and a hammer to get this one bolt off

GOT GAS ??

You need to look into a small set of oxy-acetalene torches before you go any farther on this project. You can buy a small set of tanks, rather than renting and look for a good used torch kit.

Save your self the grief and skin.
