I am forever finding things in the garage or in the house I do not remember buying. Some times I buy something that I find out latter I already have. All little treasures for sure.
On Friday night I was looking in a closet for my cowboy boots, don't ask, and found a brand new pair of Reeboks my wife had bought 18 months ago in Palm Beach FL. Obviously she didn't need them.
What a break though, instant Mother's Day present!

My nephew and I were cleaning out a bunch of my wooden crates filled with '69 parts a few weeks ago and I too came across stuff I'd long forgotten were in there. A set of headlight bezels for a Chev Belair, some script for same; a couple of "396" emblems with amber lenses; 3- "327" emblems with lenses; a set of mint '84 and '85 Oldsmobile tail lights. As I found with my Dad's car years ago, the '84's do not interchange with the '85's! I had to find a tail light for my Dad's '85 in 1995 and it cost $120.00 with taxes just for the one tail light. That's why I've never thrown them out.
