RE: Weekend Project

It will still be a year or two away.... I usually just bring it home to work on in the winter and store it for the summer. Gotta drag the Blue car in the summer !

Is the Bird ready to go ?

That car was in this area since the 70's. I forget exactly, Gary will know but I think it's a Winnipeg car originally.

My neighbour B**** who is big into Beaumonts and Chevelles (for the last 35-40 years) had it for a long time.  It was white, then red and finally green I think. I believe it has sat pretty much as a shell on a frame since the later 70's.

B**** sold the green car along with a red 67 SS 396 red convert to a local man, J**. J** sold the green car to his brother G*** and the red car to someone in Winnipeg. The red car sold again and is now south of Winnipeg, appearing at shows and the cruise nights.

If I remember right, it's a TH400 car with a speedwarning speedometer option.

I got the green car from G*** about 88 and decided shortly after that since it wasn't part of the Pontiac heritage that I wanted to move it if I could find a Poncho replacement. That happened in 89 and Gary took the green car from me.
