Alberta treated me to a sun filled weekend with tons of interesting vehicles to see. Have a few pictures here. They have the cars all parked in order starting from 1905 and they just keep getting newer as you go along. They do a parade at the end of the day that is lead by the 1905 Caddy. The young lady standing by the Essex and the tow truck is my mom who will be 90 next birthday. First car show for her and she loved it. She walked the couple kilometres around the show checking things out and then went home and had an afternoon nap in her house and then back to work in her garden. Lots of fun.
This guy made a stretch limo out of a bunch of Model T's and then bored out the motor to give it a little extra power to muscle it along. Older guy and this was his last project, took him 2 years. Pretty good talent.
Wish I could have been there. I was at a tiny little show in town for seniors week with my Buick on Saturday. I hate to say it but not a Pontiac in sight.
Looked like a great show Jerel. Was that all the Pontiac's
No, there was probably another dozen or so but these were the ones that interested me. There was 1 Beaumont too but I passed on it. They probably had 4 to 5 hundred cars which is quite good for that little city. The old bi-plane was flying during the day too.
its a great place to see. I took a class there 2 years ago and stayed across the road from the museum at a B&B. turned out to be the daughter of Mr. Reynolds. it was very cool.
