My Little Brother Connor just got awarded a scholarship from CIBC YMCA and Big Brother/sisters. I'm really proud of him. He's really pulled up his socks and marks since we were first matched. I've always tried to drive it home that an education is what you really need to get a leg up on this world (helps that my wife is a teacher).
That is truly amazing Steve, what a great accomplishment for Connor. I have to say I am proud to know someone like you who dedicates your time, values and enegry to a young man like this. Congratulations to you and Connor!

In this day and age it's ENTIRELY important to get an education as that's what employers expect nowadays. The biggest blessing is the kid can be ANYTHING HE WANTS TO BE!!! Way ta go both of yuz!!
Great job Steve. I don't think enough can be said of a good positive father image in a kid's life and good on you for giving of your time and providing that. That's gotta be a proud moment and well deserved.
