Boy, looks like everybody went to a car show this weekend......

... except me.

I'm thankful for all you guys posting pics up from all the different shows this weekend. There's sure some amazing Canadian Pontiacs out there! It's nice to come home from the lake on Sunday night and be able to "go" to all the shows online.

For anyone wanting a change of scenery from car shows (yeah right, as if.....!) here's the alternative from this weekend.

Breakfast at the trough on the deck. We all wanted to have our backs to the sun and enjoy the view! Note CP being promoted....

It sure was calm when we went for a ride last night.

Scrabble at sunset.

My new absolute all time favourite picture I've taken at the lake. Saturday night from the deck. I wish it would show up larger on here.

Boy those car shows pale in comparison to that but we can only go with the choices we have today. Just looks like an awesome spot, glad you enjoyed the weekend there.

Hey, thanks for the magic wand wave Ray!!!

They said it was father's day and I should pick what I wanted to do. I told my wife that I wanted to be at a car show for a few hours and spend the rest of the weekend at the lake. Obviously without a helicopter that couldn't be since the lake is just over 3 hours away, so I had to pick one of the two!

Just name the time. If it's lake weather, we can meet there for a bit and then it's just over 3 hours farther west to home.

Our son is starting to do the BBQ'ing now and he's turning out some pretty mean steaks at the lake!

It was great, but good for you too!

I am so close on mine but I just don't seem to make time to finish it. Exhaust and alignment before I can try it out. Some day...

Bunch more grad parties in the next week!

I'm starting to get a bit jealous of you guys who are out putting miles on your cars...
