Makes it look kind of aggressive.  They look kind like the kind of mags that a hip guy would have put on as soon as he got the car home from the dealer. 

Excellent, must get the middle aged women all sweaty when you rumble by.

They look like a chrome Torque Thrust type wheel to me.

I put 15x7 chrome wheels on my car and NO ONE liked them    1000 bucks sitting upstairs in the garage...
