I was reading the latest issue of Popular Hot Rodding and was really surprised when I read that the 2011 Mustang with a 5.0L, consistenly beats up on 2010 Camaro SS with automatic trans. in the 1/8th mile by 2 tenths and 3 mile per hour.  They even strapped the Mustang to a dyno and it is making close to 395hp to the wheels.  It is lighter than a Camaro and it is putting more power to the ground.

I have taken one for a drive, traction control is a great option! Wait till the speed shops get a hold of them.

The new 2011 6cyl Mustang Rental cars will run 13.7's    5.0L runs 12.70's  (same as Viper)  and Z06 Vette.. 

I think that very good news   I would never buy one, but its nice to see HP & fuel mileage...    My long time neighbor, got 30 mpg on his 2010 Challenger with the truck hemi.....
