Got my stiches out today everything looks good Dr said I can even go for a swim by tuesday if I want to, Im starting to feel alot better I have been sick for a long time now that i have it fixed I can really feel the difference.

Glad you are on the mend, take it easy, ask your doctor if it is OK to go fishing (might violate the "no lifting" rule, eh?), continue to supervise your staff, maybe talk privately to Steve about the new guy and see what Steve's thoughts are on how to make everything run well when you can't be there, and TAKE IT EASY so you can properly heal!
