Project vehicles, parts vehicles - looks like some good pickings in Sask

Looks like a few Pontiacs in the mix.  At least one Beaumont too.

yeah,, IF I get to the bottom of the province ,, I'll have to check em out.

funny thing, the 67 Lemans donor car ( it was rolled ) came from these guys , it was a beautiful car that was cloned into a GTO . they sold it, I bought it 3 rd hand after it sold through insurance. nobody know what to do with , perfect car for someone like me that has a basket case 67 GTO.

They're always building something, Mcmillian Customs I believe.

...sometimes it's simply amazing to see these farmers in SK/AB/ND/SD etc. with these farms full of old cars. Take a look at the videos on this website - www.vanderbrinkauctions.com

...and the owners are right out of Central Casting too...!

yup, welcome to the prairies.  For those of you who have never been to the prairies, take a look at the landscape, and the horizon.   Miles and miles of nothing but miles and miles.  I think there's a few trees in a couple of the shots.

I wouldn't lay money on it, but I'd suspect some of those cars have never seen a grain of salt as they're nowhere near a major city.  Lots of grasshopper dings on the front of them though.

..yeah, ours was sold in Vancouver, lived there for a while then went to Edmonton. On top of that it was fairly non-active for 15 years. I can't tell you what it was like as an ex-ON boy to ship that thing out here, put it up on a hoist and....see no rust at all! (other than the mandatory surface stuff). My first car was a '55 Mercury Meteor Victoria. I bought it for $20 and promptly had to spend another $50 on front fenders because both sides had huge gaping rust holes where the headllights were supposed to be!! That GD road salt is the most insidious stuff on the face of the earth..

I dated a girl from Sask. for a while. She came back to Ontario after seeing her parents out there, and she had a gift for me. I opened the box and found 5 or 6 big sheaves of wheat with these giant dried grasshoppers glued to them.blankstare I guess it's a Sask. bouquet or something? Man, those grasshoppers were huge!
