Wish I hadn't drank so much last night.

Just thought it appropriate to add this picture of Ray's band to the thread being it's from the same era they were using the above Caddy to transport their equipment to and from gigs!.

Ray who was well known in the region as the 'finger dancer' for the blurring way his hands could fly on the old accordian regularly disappointed the many young girls who'd try and get near him and his hair by leaving immediately after each show preferring to instead spend all alone time w/ Smeggy his longtime girlfriend shown dancing beside him in the picture..

Amazingly enough this rare picture shows the outline of the secret accordian amplifier hidden under Smeggy's skirt also Omar Carruthers on the keyboards who was w/ the band for a very short time!.
Omar quickly tired of life in the spotlight and the different women every night game instead spending his final years playing hide and seek with himself in the basement of the family funeral home..

Sadly Smeggy broke Ray's heart soon after this picture was taken and left him to hit the road as a solo cage-dancing act reportedly never taking on another lover or even speaking the name of her first and true love Ray ever again..
