I finally made it to the weekly cruise night at the Steve Plunkett estate West of London tonight. It was nice to see some fresh iron! Andy (Unburt) was also there with his awesome Trans Am. I even won 4 litres of 10W30 oil. Sorry for some photos being a bit blurry- my flash was turned off..
Lots of Pics:
Here's a fairly rare Buick - a 68 GS California - Built in Oshawa! I had no idea any GS California's were built in Canada!
A nice, one owner GTO. The owner wasn't present however I noticed the front edge of the centre console was burnt. I'm sure there's an interesting story behind that!
Two Butternut Yellow beauties- One's nearly priceless and is super rare, the other is a 53 Skylark Convertible
The sleeper award goes to this 4 door Nova:
The SWEET 500hp mill in Andy's Firebird:
Ya better get used to this view:
An interesting turbo setup on a Bug. The turbo was off of a Nissan
This 53 Chevy had a tricked out straight 6 that the owner said is pushing over 300hp and was backed by a 4 speed and later rear end. Cool!
