Of course I like it, cousin had a '74 Chevelle 454, it was pretty darn fast.

You can pick up old motor homes and 3/4 tons for about a g note with 454's if that's what you are after though.

BEING AN ALBERTA CAR, IT PROBALY MEANS JUST WAT IT SAYS. BEING A #'S MATCHING, RUNNING, DRIVING SS454 CHEVELLE...I DON'T THINK YOU COULD GO WRONG ON THIS ONE AT $2250. Ray you are correct. Last week a 1977 Chevy3/4 ton running with a 454 sold for $600 and there is another mid 70's on Myzer this week for $800. Lots of cubic inches low compression but a really good start for a street engine.

Thanks Al, Yup, I love it when I am right , sometimes when I am bored I search kijij for 3/4 ton 454 GMC's, they are everywhere and usually running too.

There was an 80's GMC motor home near our cottage for sale too, it had a 455 Oldsie in it from the factory but you will find 454's in them too depending on year.
