Great progress! Wow you are brave!

I am amazed at how many guys have the "kahoonas" to chop out panels and replace them right in the garage at home. Now I am getting motivated to replace the quarters on my 63 wagon.

really easy, some pieces of 2 inch box tube o.d., and some 2 inch i.d.,so they slip in and out.drilled a bunch of holes in the smaller diameter tubing so I can adjust it up and down.Used the front clip mounts for mounting point and the rear leaf mount out back.4 wheels and voila.I  used 4 300 pound casters ,but If I did it again I would use 2 fixed and 2 swivel ones as it tends to take off on whichever end you are NOT pushing on .Want close up pics?It is easy to make and cheap, about 50 -60 bucks.

Well, seeing all the bodywork and panel replacement going on lately on CP, I ordered quarters for the 63 wagon. You guys are very inspiring. Keep the photo updates coming. They are very motivational.
