WTB 67 Grande 2dr D/S rear window

My buddy Warren had his window smashed by some miserable sumbeach. We need to find a driver side rear window to fit a 1967 Grande Parisienne 2 door hardtop.
If anyone has one that they would sell, please let me know.

Thanks for looking,
Rick

Regardless of what you find, be careful on tints if yours or the donor car is an A/C car!.
Same w/ loose glass you find, be specific on tinted or not!.

Anyone have their Hollander Manual handy?.
There'll be a cross reference there of what other glass fits this application..
It's sometimes surprising what fits and greatly improves your used chances!.

Worth checking w/ Pilkington Glass too!.
I was surprised to find they had Nos '69 Biscayne rear side glass in stock when a buddy needed one a few years back!.
Here's a link...try 'em and if they won't sell direct, see if they can check stock and if a go ask who they'll ship to in your area?.

http://www.pilkington.com/the+americas/canada/english/contacts/people/default.htm

Good luck!.

that 67 I stripped is still around, if that other lead does not pan out , let me know by PM, and I'll get the new owner to pull it out. ( he only has the car for the windshield , all he needs )

only probelm, the car is across a seeded field.

that was the drivers rear 1/4 window ...correct

Thanks Rog. My buddie's timing isn't crucial considering he just did the cross-canada tour and the window was smashed at the beginning of the trip.

The bad news is Hollander says the only window that fits is from exactly that model and year, 67 GP.

Thanks for the info Carl. It's surprising that it is not something like a Caprice or Lesabre.

I agree but I guess that beautiful roofline is unique.

Hopefully someone on here can help out. If not, I know where there was a US model in a wrecking yard years ago, but not sure the yard is still there.

I have one on it's way to Calgary. I have a pair saved for me in Saskatchewan and it appears that both tinted and clear are available new. Thanks a lot for everyone's help.
