'64 Parisienne CS "barn find" - last on the road in '86 ... Owner Protection Plan booklet, original paint, original near-mint aqua interior, original aqua GM floor mats, original 283, factory posi, and original rust.
The interior photos have me wondering something... did a Beaumont ever come with wood grain dash around the gauges? Not that it looks bad, just haven't seen that before. Or maybe I have but it never dawned on me because I haven't seen two dashes next to each other. My guess is that it is from a GTO. Once again, I hope to get educated on this. Thanks in advance fellas!

Great question. Can you please repost this in the Beaumont interior section. It is difficult to find these informational post later when they are buried in a non related topic.
I thought the entry fee was a little high too. I couldn't find out if I could just pay for one day and did intend on going for one day only. I paid $30 because I didn't pre-register before Aug 1. It would have only been $20 if I had been on the ball. With your pre-registration you get a free show T shirt. I spoke with one of the members here that only came on Sunday. He said it was $10 for one day. He wanted a T shirt so that was an extra $20 which is the cost of most show T shirts. If you only want to go for one day and don't care if you get a T shirt it is $10.
Next year I will pre-register early for $20 even if I am only staying one day.
I think the Motor City club should get their act together!! When they had their motor home at the local cruises I asked about a 1 day entrance fee & was told "had to go for the wknd. fee all or nothing, as it turned out I couldn't go so that would have been a total loss of $ 30 BUCKS IF i HAD REGISTERED AHEAD OF TIME Guess next yr. I'll just drive down on Sat. or Sun & see what the charge is going to be for the day????

This was a beautiful car. 1953 Buick Skylark. In the 50's they could pull off the yellow with red interior. 1690 made with a list price just over $5000. More information on these cars HERE

the blueish gray 64 2dr. htp {full size] is powered by an OLDs 350 or 403 owner hardly ever has the hho up. The red Lasalle 4 dr. Phaeton, has a Caddy "North Star" engine turned 180 degrees, for rr. whl. drive. Owner of this car used to be the president of my old car club at the Scarboro Youth Centre on Eglington, near Midland in the late 60's He also has or had been manager[?] of the GM vintage office where George is now?? Still seeing a lot of cars that I'm familar with in the last postings. Went to Uxbridge last night, got a little over a hour in b-4 the heavens opened up, about 35 to 40 cars there when it started,to pour!!! Some of us are "die hards" as the skies were black at 4:30 but we showed up anyway, "GOTTA get the last few in as they are winding down this way" Next Thurs. last one for Uxbridge

What an awesome show. It was great to meet some more of the CP guys and to talk to ones I have met already. We were so fortunate to have fantastic weather and a great venue for this show. For anyone who has contemplated on going but haven't I can assure you this show is a must. Absolutely amazing. Thanks again to Bill for letting us crash at his place for the weekend. It was a pretty big deal for us to have our 69 SD's at a show together. There probably haven't been two together since Oshawa in 1969 when they were at the factory.
I didn't get a lot of pictures but here is a link to mine. CLICK HERE

Thanks for the great photos guys. This looks like a show that I should attend next year!
