Ultra 94

That stuff is harder and harder to find, used to simply look for a Sunoco, which we didn't have in Lindsay.  Does anyone else use 94 octane?

lucky for you! 91 is the best we got, mixed with the crappy air, and there is a lot of HP left to be had.

Leo, our last Sunoco on Hwy. 7a east of PortPerry [near Hwy.35] changed over to a ESSO, so I'm screwed now as well, the 64 Catalina loves that 94, only good thing with Esso is theres no "ethanol" in it,or so the pump says!!! Haven't checked out the Sunoco's in Oshawa or Whitby in awhile, wonder if their gone TOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Try a Petro Canada. They merged with Sunoco. I've been told by 73SC that he got it at one downtown here in Toronto.

I think Petro Canada are taking over all the Sunoco stations in Ontario at least. In Ottawa they have all been converted over, but now all the ex Sunoco stations still carry 94. I use it in both the Gremmie and the Studie.

It is at Petro Canada, same blue and gold logo on the pump, its there with the Petro Canada red and white logo products. Soncor was folded into Petro Canada and government regulator made them close down many Sunoco stations due to competetion rules and rebrand to a secondary brand Fas Gas stations that were Sunoco.

Whatever they change to I hope I can still use my points card. Since my Park Ave Ultra gulps Ultra 94 I get points quick. I filled the tank on my Laurentian this Spring with some of my points!

I bought 94 octane at a Petrocan last week that used to be a Sunoco. They said they intend to keep it and some Petrocans will be adding 94 to their stations. Not sure if I buy that. But how are you supposed to know which ones have it and which ones don't? I almost think it's a gov't scheme to phase it out and get our old vehicles off the roads.

I `ll have to check around here to see if the Petro Canada`s have 94. I got a $1,000 dollar card for Petro Canada when I bought my new GMC and a $500 card when I bought the HHR SS. I used the cards very little.
