Welcome to our little car lovin fraternity here lowlife 55. Your sweet ride looks fairly solid. Have you decided if you are going stock or mod. What motor is going in it? Please say its a 261 six in row will go. Any further info on your sweet ride would be appreciated by us Poncho lovin brothers and sisters. Out here in Poncho lovin land. Good luck with the labour of love. George.

Hi there.
Welcome aboard the Poncho ride!! Nice looking car mate, im sorting a 56 4 door over here in the UK, but the 2 door looks so much cooler. I think your right to not butcher a good shell to make a gasser, and what your thinking of as a finished car will be much better as an every day car. I will keep watching with interest your project, so please keep uploading pics of your progress.
Thanks TIM...

Welcome Adam! Nice car you've got there! "Just drive it"
I guess you didn't buy the Rally wheels with the car ... what rims are on it now?

You hit it right on the nail. Just DRIVE IT AND ENJOY IT. Great words of wisdom. Its no fun just sitting in the garage collecting dust. Continued good luck on your ride project. Is there any way to convince you to drop in a 261, maybe two or even three one barrel carbs, split exhaust headers, Pertronix electronic egnition conversion, port and polish the head, higher lift grind camshaft and a full balance and blueprint instead of the belly button small block. Just a thought. Cheers. George.

Cool car I have the exact same car. 1955 Pontiac Pathfinder two door post. I've been playing with mine for four years now. The body looks pretty solid. I did my floor plans and body braces last winter. Now I'm out driving it as much as possible. Can't wait to see it on the road.
