well.. a buddy of mine has done quite well over the past 15 years, and he's finally getting a few of the things he's wanted on his "bucket list". I've known him for about 40 years..LOL and I'm only 43.

40 x 60 I think. 68 RS SS big block automatic column shift car, with bench seat and bucket backs.. about 12 options on the sheet for this car.. it's really really nice.
it's covered in dirty water stains from riding on the trailer into his property. now he's in the country and there aint no paved roads for about 6 miles... other than his driveway..
we had just wired the lathe, milling machine (cnc mini mill), welder, plasma cutter, hoist.
One day.. I want one of these shops.

Looking good! I also had 10 acres in the bush and used to trailer my car to the pavement. I was happy to leave the 5 KM of gravel after 10 years of that. It was nice and quiet but it sucks trying to keep the cars clean. All your buddy has left to do is fill the shop until he can't move with eye candy.
