RE: 61 pontiac parisienne convertable

I checked his profile since I see he only has one post here. He has not logged in here since Sept 11th so he may not see your message, 4 speed.

By the way, welcome here 4 speed!

bought this car in Winnipeg mb. Bought it without engine. It has an 283 from a 1961 4 door ht that I bought for spare parts. Runs good. All mechanical is rebuilt except motor. I changed up the wheels, but kept the originals. Going to do the body next year, as I have a 64 Impala convert in the process right now. 327 4 speed. #s matching. I will try to post more pics.

Great looking car!! The 61's always bring back good memories. My first car on the road at 16 was a 1961 Parisienne 4drhtp. Bought it for $150......dumped $900 into it and sold it for $175., lol....(but had fun and that's what counts). It was originally white and I painted it beautiful tremclad blue..........all brush, no roller on that baby, lol. Yuk!
