I see a couple good upgrades-sway bar, dual master cylinder,rally wheels---------------did it come with a big block hood ? being a Malibu SS I didn't think so

Wow! Rare Canadian built car. I always wonder what the market is for a slightly modified rare Canadian Care? Add a BB hood, sway bar, disc brakes, exhaust etc.  No mention of Trans. Is it a 4 speed or a PG car? Or non stock other? Does it have the original engine etc. If you are going to put up a big price tag you may want to document specifics.

the sway bar is correct, between me and last two owners adds up 42 years; we beleive the bb hood may have been dealer installed, the car was painted red about 35 years ago, when we did restor the hood was aztec bronze & louvers,i also still have orig power glide.

I decided to "fix" the pictures by deleting the U.S.  SS396 hood, and by applying argent paint to the rear cove. I hope you don't mind, Paulek. Such a gorgeous car!

In Canada all the L34 Chevelles & Beaumonts in 1966 came from the factory with 3.73 gears. It didn't matter which transmission it had (M13, M20 or M35).

All the cars I saw back then had the BB hood including one owned by my best friend. His was a 360 HP 396 with a close ratio 4 speed, 3.73 posi, no power steering, or power brakes, or radio. He bought his new from Jack Cartier Chev Olds trading in a 62 Pontiac. This was pretty good for a kid in high school. I had to wait until next year when I got a full time job before I bought my Beaumont.

i shoud have wrote, 1 of 50 L34 equiped converts,396 auto 373 posi, aztec bronze, black top black interior, as per build sheet, very well 1 of 1 built with compo, so how much do you guys think this car is worth, i have done a complete body off frame resto no short cuts, i built this car for myself & now have to sell, not happy about it since i was trying to buy it for 10 years off the last owner before igot it thanx Richard 604 312 1783
