I cancelled my hotel rooms already. No rain for my babies! The weather report doesn't look to promising. Our plan is to hit the High River show the next weekend.

Going to have to miss it this year, have a daughter travelling back home to play soccer against her summer teamates from UBCO. Should be fun to watch, best sports is still the ones with your kids playing. Am watching the forecast though and am hoping to make High River the following weekend. It's not very far out of Calgary is it?

Jerel, High River is about 25 min south of Calgary and it is on 4 lane highway.  Nice easy drive from Calgary if that is where you are staying.  We live east of Calgary, so it takes us about an hour to get there.  Hope to see you there next weekend.

It can't be. There's no train, no pickup truck, and no broken heart in it!!!
