I am getting ready to cut up the 57' to put it on the new chassis I have picked up.

Anyone need anything? It will be everything but the body and interior coming out of the car! Its a power steering car if anyone cares, with a 305/TH700 combo in it, and a 8.5" rear axle.

Frame is shot just in front of the kickup on both sides.

maybe the trans and driveshaft? I was thinking on changing out my powerglide. Would a 700 be a good trans for a 283?

It would be alright, but doesn't your car have an X frame?
