Hi. I'm having trouble identifying a SMC, I figured if anyone would know, it would be someone connected to a Canadian car site like this. I was shown a burned up car out in the bush a while back, so I went back and dragged out the engine from it. It's another one of the units built by McKinnon Industries. It sounds like a lot of these were not documented very well by GM as they were destined for Canadian cars or off to Iraq? Anyway, it's suffix code is:

it's the C8D I can't find. Anybody have some obscure information that can ID it?
