That model was converted from a '69 Chevelle kit using Model Car Garage's detail set.

Steve did an amazing job on that build. I also followed his build on the old web site Hobby Heaven. He did a great job on getting those tail lights correct.

looks great ! funny he would use the wrong wheels when the correct appearing ones would have been in the chevelle kit to begin with-I guess a lot of guys try to make them look more Pontiac by doing this
