1958 Dodge Regent

I'm selling my 58 Regent. Only 9406 (all body styles) made. Former Manitoba car. 251 c.i flathead, "Powerflite" pushbutton transmission. Under 63000 orig miles. New tires. Decent paint redone in the 80's in it's original colours. Had new rockers and some floor work at the same time.  All gauges work. Interior was redone years ago. A very good running, driving car. Appraised $8000,
Asking $6000

PM me if interested

Hey Todd! How 'bout a dollar down and a dollar a week? Would you accept those terms pally?
JUST JOKING! You know darned right well if I had the coin, she'd be in MY driveway by tomorrow night! What an absolute little gem! Obviously IF anyone IS in the market for this vintage Dodge, they WON'T find a car in AS good of shape for THIS type of money! NO WAY MAN! Good luck buddy and I hope she sells soon for you. What's on the horizon as your next toy once this one's gone?

Yes, I'm going to stick to the Laurentian. My daily driver Buick needs a lot of work and I'm considering replacing it. It's had a lot of problems this year:
Axle
Alternator
Tie rod

And I had a brake line burst earlier in the week-thankfully I had decided to run an errand on my lunch hour and it happened then. Normally I don't go anywhere on my lunch hour. Had this happened on my trip home it would have been a fun drive. As it turns out the rest of my lines are in very poor shape and need to be replaced asap (including all the lines going to the ABS controller-not a cheap repair) and now my steering rack is starting to shudder quite badly. Ad that to a wheel bearing that's starting to growl, I think it's time to move on. Also the fact it takes premium fuel is starting to hurt the pocket book.

I really like the Dodge but there are other priorities..
