trying to find info on the 1948 Pontiac Silver Streak is the Silver Streak a model or a sub-model or an option group (like '64 custom sport for example)? i am seeing different pictures but they are all different i can't find a brochure of the Silver Streak or any information
is this one? (check pictures) seems to have way too much stuff going on it what is original and what is not?

If its a Canadian built car try looking at the models Fleetleader and streamliner. These are Canadian designations, They used for quite a few years the silverstreak emblems on our Canadian cars but called them Fleetleaders, or streamliners depending on models. Being a 2500 car try looking into a Streamliner, the higher end pontiac of the day. I'm not sure if they used these deginations on 49 and back but maybe they did?
