Clay Bar


Anybody here ever use a clay bar? They work awesome .

Just detailed my car on the weekend. Clay bar reaaally makes it smoooth. Then I applied a Glaze to bring out the shinebiggrin Followed by 2 layers of wax. Feels smooth and like butter.

I got a clay bar off e-bay from  elstupido in Mexico  

I found it to be "very hard"  like a brick  confuse

Just remember though, with the clay bar, you need a detail spray/water/soap something for lube.

Clay works best for road grime, tar , bugs and crap. Then a high speed polish and wax does the trick ! he is definately right....water,soap etc must be used.
