e brake cable mount pic please.

Does anybody have a good picture of how the two e brake cables mount up by the tranny on my 54 pathfinder.I know there is a cable with a clevis that comes down from the firewall, there is a bar that fits into the sliders and a couple springs i think.Mine is in about 8 pieces so not sure exactly how it all fits back together. The good news is the torque tube and u-joint is all back in and hooked up,Getting closer to the first start up.Just have to get the rad back in and fluids filled.Switch the battery tray from the delivery into this car.oh amd i have one wire that fell off one of the posts on the key switch but hopefully i can figure out where it came off of.New keys are made, gettin close.

Ill be home tomorrow (Friday) and working on my 54.  Ill take a few shots then, and post them.  (If someone else hasnt by then)  Mine is pretty full of gunk right now though, but you will see how they go together.

I don't understand correctly , do you need the linkage under the floor, or the parts into the car under the dash?

I need the linkage under the floor. There is a slide on either side of the transmission and i know the 10 inch flatbar slides into it and the cables and springs attach to it somehow.I'm pretty sure i have all the pieces, just not sure how it all fits back together.

Had the chance to crawl under mine.  Here are some pics from underneath to compliment Fitz picture, maybe someone can enlarge them, or I can email them to you if you need:

Did you have all the pieces? Any luck getting it back together?

The picture sent by 1954 Ken are more accurate than mine because in 54 they change a bit the handbrake system by placing the clevis anchor farther on the underfloor lever, this way the handle is easier to operate. On mine the hole for the pin is inside the guiding slot, and on 54 is outside.
