fried my forward clutches -th350

disbelief looks like I fried my forward clutches on my th350... i have reverse only.  managed to limp it home, but now i can't move it at all!! I'll have to come out the next CP coffee driving in reverse!!hahaha!!

Any local Manitoba guys have or know of a decent th350? Or anyone do tranny work?

I guess i'm glad its the end of the season anyways... now i can start wrenching on my 12 bolt swap, 4 wheel discs...and a tranny!!

We have a great tranny guy in the shop. He does them at home as well but then you can't be in a hurry. He works at his own pace at home and takes on "hobby" work only, not full time at home.

Seems to me I have a TH350 but I have to check which one it is. I think it's an "unknown" condtion from a parts car, but should be a core in case your's is damaged.

Hi Carl, thanks... if possible can you get a ballpark price on a rebuild from him? No real hurry, i have all winter now! I'd like to compare that to buying something unknown (eg there's a 'rebuilt' th350 on kijiji for $200, and a 700r4 for $400 with a stall convertor)...both good prices, but 'uknown'... i might have a th400 core at home too that maybe i should use, or use it to barter the labour...
