18 @ 53. Not bad I guess.

The washing machine wringer made me grin. Somehow my brother got his arm stuck in one when he was a kid!

I remember 24    I had heard if Butch wax        Most of that stuff was so cool and created so many jobs...

We had a dairy in Sackville  and they had short box GM pickups,  and the delivery boys stood on the side steps from house to house..  Glass Bottles  26 cents for a quart  and 8 cents for a pint of choclolate milk    The trucks had wooden stakes with a flat roof (cab Height) to keep milk dry

The English punk rockers in the 70s were using Butch Wax to spike up their hair.

PF Flyers, S&H Green Stamps, and Black Jack chewing gum are all American things!

You can tell this is an American oriented list. What about truly Canadian things!

I used to love Black Cat gum as a kid. Licorice flavor, I remember sticking a big wad of it on my brother's school photo 'cause he p----d me off. I got in trouble for that, of course.
I also remember smoking during boot camp in 1981, the package had a black cat head on it, but I don't remember the name of them.confuse
