For that price the least one could expect is that the retainer rings would be rivetted back together on the caps.

Ouch. The nice set I sold for 150 bucks in 2000 was a bit underpriced I guess....

They have been on and off Ebay for about 2 1/2 months. Way to much with no spinners and have to put back together.
