Come on, nobody buys a 39 year old car Certified.

I wonder where the vinyl roof is though, that has to be a really rare low production no vinyl roof Electra.

Ray, if you ask the seller to see how much it's going to take to "certify" it & they decline then walk away!!! I did this when I bought the 64, he went for it But I paid the bill, that way you don't get "stuck" with a car like Mike had, A MONEY PIT!!!! 4 tires & some bulbs were all that was wrong with mine, way back then, no holes in the floor or hidden problems, mine you I paid alot more than the asking price on Buick!!!!
