Nope, that car has "irrepairable" stamped on the paperwork and that extends to wherever the car goes, BC, California, Florida, wherever. They are making sure that nothing short of something illegal would allow that car back on the road.
That Firebird could have 25,000 original kilometers, never seen salt and still be junk only, never to be street legal again.
The only positive side I see out of this is a great selection of bodies for guys building race cars.

For someone wanting to drive an old car and it doesn't have to have 2 doors, that would have been perfect. Looks like it would have made a great driver.
