1987 Pontiac Firebird

A buddy and I bought this car in around 1997 because the customer didn't want to fix the knock it had in the engine.  It's a 2.8L V-6 with a 5-speed and has 144,839 orig. km on it.  Always winter stored and oiled to the gills.  It's been in dry storage the last 13 years and still has the knock in the engine.  My buddy had pulled the engine out and thought he'd fixed the knock but upon reinstallation, there it was back again.  Disheartened, we just put it right back into storage and have pretty much forgotten about it until now.  There's a tear in the driver's side seat but the rest of the interior is
in really good shape.  If anyone has any questions they'd like answered then don't hesitate to let me know.  I have all kinds of pictures of this car but only posted one as I'm on dial-up!  This price is not etched in stone and we are open to ANY reasonable offers at this time.  We're just sick and tired of storing it and never getting around to fixing it.  We both have other vehicle interests other than this one now.  Thanks guys.'87 Firebird #9.JPG

The car also has Carl's favourite "Mullet T-Tops" too!

If i had the cash i'd go for it. It wouldn't be staying the same for long though. If it's solid i think i'd be "rebuilding" it. Taking the parts/interior off of my car i want and making it into an 82 with the engine i have, but making it carburated. Then finally painting it black.
Really it looks too nice to do what i'd want to it.

That's a decent price. A small block would fit nicely in there...

That is a sharp car! I wish I could swing it but alas money is very tight around here. My son would love it, it's his mother that wouldn't!
