Do they happen to be a closeout panel on the floor on each side of the trans tunnel, under the carpet?

I know 65 has a part there but it looks a bit different than that. Just a guess.

Do I win, do I win???!!!

I never knew the seat brackets were different on the earlier cars until I saw your floor pan a while back Joel.  Before that I  had always thought 62-65 floor pans/seat mounts were all identical. The basic pan is the same but that seems to be where it ends.

Do you know if 64 is like 65 or like 63 Joel?

I dont remember them but that sure looks like were they belong..
here is after carpet removed..
I can even see the holes were they bolt on .

'62 bucket mounts (only available on verts) also look different than '63,
so '62, '63 and '65 are all different for sure.

I have the '63 seats from the SS I had...  that I'll eventually install in the Acadian.

Is there something special..??
Or do you just mean SD or SS bucket seat mounts..

Nope nothing special,  Carl was refering to `62 mounts when he said ragtop mounts. Buckets only came in ragtops in `62.

Sorry, yes, I should have explained that. I know the 3 of us know that buckets only in 62 converts deal but never thought maybe lots of people don't know.

Actually they only came with the 63 SD and Nova SS
not available in 62.

Bucket seats?

If so, I have been told wrong then. I was always told that 62 Nova and Beaumont converts came with buckets.

Buckets were available in '62 ragtops (models 8367 & 8467).
