Made a little 4 day weekend to visit my mom and pick up a parts car near Edmonton so thought I'd share a few pictures.  Dropped off a seat for John (Railskinner) in Red Deer on Thursday and spent a couple hours visiting with Ryan  (LN7 Nut) and getting a great tour of his collection of unique autos.  We will have to get him to show us pictures of them some time.  Got lucky with the weather and had pretty well bare roads the whole way.  Made it back 870 kilometres in just a hair over 10 hours with 3 stops for fuel and a meal so was pretty happy with the old GM.

That looks like a really nice 4drht. Now you just need to have a crazy imagination and make it into a 4dr ragtop!

Glad the trip went smoothly for you Jerel. You never know what could happen this time of year in the mountains.

Sounds like a good trip and a nice score.  Road trips are always fun, especially when they involve bringing a car back! (well... usually... thinking of turn2stones recent adventures)

It would be cool to see some pics of the parts car, if you get a chance, you don't see too many 4 dr hts these days.

You made the trip just in time Jerel. We are getting our first blizzard of the year just east of Calgary. I would imagine the QEII highway is a disaster today. Be glad you are home!
