they must have gone through tons of Aztec Bronze in 1966

wonder why only 1 year? seems so popular (almost always on the high end cars, Parisienne , custom sport ,grandes, SS's SDs etc..)

M was replaced with Plum for 1967

Guys,

I am the owner of the 1966 Pontiac Grande Parisienne.

- The "Factory Correct" refers to the correct paint code, vinyl roof, interior..... All the major things were left alone
- I am very aware of the fact that it has a few changes, I didn't build the car.
- It comes with the factory air cleaner, valve covers, fender skirts, steering wheel in the truck.
- I added the rallye wheels for the sporty look.
- YES it should have the stainless trim along the bottom of the car but I never got it when I bought the car, and didn't think it needed to it be driven.
- YES it has the wrong grill emblem, but I thought it looked better, the original is sitting on the shelf.
- This car wasn't built by me, I bought it as you see it, added the wheels and grill emblem.
- It was still appraised at $28,000 in Spring 2011, and is For Sale for $19,000 or best offer.

Anymore questions about it, just ask

I see quite a bit of discussion about cars not being factory correct! Now don't take me wrong here! I think thats all fine but when your talking 50 and 60 year old Canadian built cars here and nobody building the trim to keep these cars Canadian, it's kinda hard to do! Besides I personally like a little customizing as it kinda makes it your own! JMO!

The Grande Parisienne seems to be "more factory correct" than not..

The emblems were placed in the approx. Parrisienne position, and the side trim is not on it   which is better than the wrong trim...

The car is priced at a point, that the car can be easily be made "more correct"  lol   Very nice car......
