If I am wrong, and in 1966 Canadian Pontiacs no longer used Chevrolet chassis, then please ignore the following, and smack me upside the head.

I would highly recommend MBM Brakes, their kits are COMPLETE and they FIT and they come with COMPLETE instructions - here's the one for you:

Brakes.jpg

http://www.mbmbrakeboosters.com/index.php?page=shop.product_details&flypage=mbmflypage.tpl&product_id=48&category_id=7&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=6

Includes 11"  Rotors, Loaded Calipers, Caliper Brackets, Backing Plates,  Brake Hoses with Banjo Bolts, Vacuum Hose with Intake Manifold Fittings, Bearings, Seals, Dust Caps, Cast Iron Master Cylinder, and a Power Brake Booster, Spindle Nuts, Spindle Washers and all Hardware (looks like you would need to add the proportioning valve but you could call their tech support to find out for sure)

MBM is wholesale only but it does not take much to become a 'dealer' for them, their prices cannot be beat, you only need to order ONE item not a bunch of stuff to qualify, I researched brake systems extensively before deciding on MBM for my disc brake kit and I am VERY happy with their product and the price cannot be beat.

PM me for more info, if you want

Hopefully I am not wrong in thinking the Chevy chassis parts are correct for your 1966 Canadian Pontiac.

Dave

I won't be able to get at it anymore today (gotta pay attention to the wife for the rest of the evening, eh?) but I will get back to you within a day or so.

They do offer a High Performance Kit with Drilled & Slotted Rotors and Stainless Steel Braided Brake Hoses, would cost more, would you want that?

Dave

My man said "I can do either one of the kits complete for $425. This includes complete kit with booster, master, and prop valve kit too."

Usually the tricked-out kits with drilled rotors & SS brake hoses cost a fair bit more, so that is a REAL deal.

US $ but exchange rate is pretty good now I think.

Big catch #1 = does NOT include shipping and those babies are HEAVY so expect about $100 more to ship

Big catch #2 = I do not know if they ship to Canada - and it would be cost prohibitive to ship to me in Florida and then for me to ship to you - don't know if they would drop ship either.

Colin, I will send you a Private Message with some other thoughts.

Dave

Dave, that's just one heck of a great deal for anyone who wants to change to discs. If I had the need for disc brakes, I'd be all over that like flies on crap!

Yah, and the kits are complete, fit right, all new parts, detailed instructions included. My 56 now stops on a dime and gives me 9 cents change!

Keep in mind they are wholesale only, but will sell one at a time, no need to buy "X" number of items to qualify, you just have to be an automotive business.
