Beaumont clear/amber Marker Lights ...can someone explain?

I've been seeing alot of 66-67 Beaumonts with clear OR amber front marker lights.  (I see alot of the '67 SD's with the clear lenses) Is this another factory SD option? confuse

The amber Chevelle lenses are manufactured aftermarket. The clear ones are not. As a result, there are more and more amber ones showing up.

The reverse light assembly on the '66 Beaumonts are not manufactured aftermarket either. As a result, some people choose to use '66 Chevelle bumpers to avoid the empty reverse light holes (as the Chevelle reverse lights were in the tail light assembly.)

Hey Geoff, can you show me a close up pic of what '66 Beaumont reverse lights look like?
I'm asking because I might know where to get new ones.

I would be interested in 66 back up lights also.

It took me over 4 years to find a set of clear lenses for my car.

Whoa, they are really different.
Are the lenses recessed way inside?
I notice they are still "a tiny bit" similar to mine ('64 Parisienne).

Mine fit in a bumper hole 2 3/4 inches across with a little "key-way" notched out at the bottom.
Geoff, yours seem to have that "key-way" also. Do yours mount with a little bracket that goes behind/inside the bumper?

Excuse me for the questions, but I've never seen a set of Beaumont ones close up.
