RE: December 2010 Feature Car

Man did i just realize i said something really dumb here. Of course the reason the rear distributor is still in there is because if it was not still there, that motor would seize up from lack of oil. The distributor being driven by the camshaft is also driving the oil pump. Pardon me for temporary lack of grey matter. George.

What a mean and nasty looking machine! That car looks bad a**ed sitting still! Loved the story and glad it made this month's feature car.

Great car, what a rare combination, 350-4 speed in a '69 Strato. Love to see the numbers on that for how many built.

Fast too, 12's. Jeepers!

Really was thinking outside the box when ordering this one new!

I love it. The color is perfect for this car, also love the beefy rubber, seems most dont use the old school look anymore, but I cant imagine why. The story that goes with it, just puts it over the top, its no wonder it is featured! That man is one die-hard poncho man. I'm impressed with the dedication to a mans first new car! Cudos

The front distributor runs the ignition, the rear one turns the oil pump, also it creates a lot of puzzled  looks and questions. Tony

Awesome history of a very, very cool car.  And I hope you have the first and last pictures together sharing a frame!
Great choice for the feature car!

From now on, when I think of "menacing looking Pontiacs" I will picture this one in my head!
