earlier this year i stopped by franks house and picked up a nice set of rims that needed work now that i don't have a frame done yet i thought well I'm at home ill fix the rims up. i used the tire remover at school now i have the rims and no tires so what you guys/gals recommend to paint them ill show an old picture just to add some flash
Wire wheel, sanding, a couple coats of Tremclad Rust Reformer black primer, and a couple coats of Duplicolor semi-gloss black ...

Do what i did, let your friend who works for the city take them and they come back done. I don't even ask what he did, but i buy him wendy's, cheaper than a can of paint.
nice job did you paint them within 1320 feet of the ocean? salt spray you know..
