What's the first year for a 2 barrel on a 327 powered Canadian Poncho?

I've seen one on a 66 but I don't know for sure if it was stock...although I don't know why anyone would want to change it to a 2 barrel.if it was originally a 4 barrel

Not the right answer so far guys. At least from all the documentation I've ever seen.

This is a bit of a trick question. The answer (assuming I'm correct) is not at all what you might expect.

68 , when the 350 started to become the big dog? the 327 would have been touted as the economy engine and the 307 as the entry level??

totally guessing here..

Bingo!

Weird one in my mind. Why bother doing it so late in the game?

Over the years I've seldom seen a 68 Pontiac 327 4 barrel. Almost all the 68's seem to be 2 barrels.

Really?

I would have bet against you on that, with maybe the exception of pickup trucks, I'm not sure.

The thing that really seems strange is I don't think Canadian full size Chevy had a 2 barrel 68 327. Does anyone have proof of a 68 327 Chev 2 barrel? I think the US had it.
