I have 2 with the clear sections.My CS had a total red wheel in it when I got it.The brochure does not say anything about the steering wheel.Is this a part of a Custom Sport package?
'64 Parisienne CS "barn find" - last on the road in '86 ... Owner Protection Plan booklet, original paint, original near-mint aqua interior, original aqua GM floor mats, original 283, factory posi, and original rust.
My Custom Sport has a red steering wheel.I have seen both solid and two tone.I beleive mine to be original but It could have been changed in the 15 years I didnt own car.

When you look in brochure, and see the Parisienne and Parisienne CS, you could imagine that it would not be hard to install the Parisienne wheel, instead of the CS wheel.... maybe there was none in the box , that day lol
