I have a sign on Kijiji for sale and I was just wanting to solicit some opinions on my asking price. It's been on for a day. It a Firestone Dealer sign, illuminated style that hangs in the shop window. I took it out of the original box about a week ago. It is perfect. Asking $249
its a cool sign for sure i have a gm sign in blue that was on a dealer sign and a old coca cola general store sign for a new sign the price is very fair
Thanks fellas, I wasn't sure if I was asking too much. My experience with Kijiji is if you get inquiries within a day your item will sell otherwise its a long wait.
when you say BIG,, do you mean Toronto BIG or SASKATCHEWAN big??? I hear you on the shipping,, I am interested too,, but if it's a royal pain to ship....
he sign measures 3 feet 2" long, one foot high and 4 inches thick to accommodate the fluorescent tubes.We estimate this is circa 1970.

One of my retired nieghbours got a reassessment notice from CRA so he came to see me about it. I helped refile his 2009 tax return and saved him a pile of money not only from CRA but also getting an accountant. Refiling is tricky especially when you are old and think that the government is ready to pounce. He used to be the Firestone Manager at Bermondsey and O'Coonor drive in East York and I refused to take any money from him so he gave me the sign and a couple of NOS sticker 15" snow tires he had.

Sorry for the poor picture but this one's hanging from the garage ceiling until I get a chance to mount it properly w/ a light under it .. It's the 8' x 6' dealership sign I got last year when our local Pontiac dealer got the cut!. There was two the same but the other one broken when removed also I got one of the two 2'x2'? GM red squares too and lucky to get any as everything was being busted up and trashed..
