I can't believe,  in this day and age, that anyone would be slacking off!! 

Don't you know there are 14,000 people waitng for your governement job?? 

I have been awake, ever since I go up this morning, and am flying through my things to do 
I will work like a loyal  employee right up to the time Santa brings "my stuff""

 EEEEEEE.  Hooray, Big Ray. 

As for La Morta, it actually does take a holiday the week leading up to Christmas.  People hold on until the 26th and then they let go.

Those days just didn't seem to work for me, I'm going to enjoy every last second of being off since the end of September biggrin One thing I know for sure, I'm going to love retirement!

Off the 27th. Off the 3rd.

That's it. I'm kind of the opposite of Ray. "Enjoying" the experience of having extra work load because somebody quit with 10 days notice.

I'm not working on the 25th.
The 26th,27th and 28th require working on "family peace" and "self control" at a wedding in Ottawa. Back at work on the 29th.

I'm working until the afternoon of Dec 23, then 3 days next week.   One of my projects is requiring a lot of attention as it's at VP level and he wants additional revenue this year.  You wouldn't believe the details even if I told you.

Worked last night and tonight and tomorrow night(all OT)  then night of 25th and 26th(OT) then back to regular night shift 27th and 28th....Holidays are good times for overtime! (besides the wife's family is up for the week,just a coincidence i have all this work)

You haven't met my brother inlaw!,he is quite special,confuse to say the least  great in small doses,say from 5-6pm then i have to go to work again.I am trying to think of some body to compare him to for a reference but no one comes to mind,maybe Special Ed from crank yankers
