We went to see the Trans Siberian orchestra tonight at ACC. This was my Christmas present from my eldest daughter, she treated me to a night out with the family. The show was in two parts, a Christmas story for about an hour then the tunes of the TSO. It was pretty darn good, the staging was incredible, lots of pyrotechnics too . After wards we went out for dinner at a Toronto Landmark, the Old Spaghetti Factory.
Seems everyone like the show except the one who bought the tickets. My eldest is a perfectionist and I think she was self conscious about the show not being totally awesome. I could tell she was disappointed so I gave her a big hug and a kiss and told her the best thing was she got the entire family out for an evening together which meant so much more to me.
