Nice white rag with old Manitoba plate.   Anyone know if it's still around?

I've always wondered if fender skirts were a factory option.  Anyone out there know??   I've never seem them in and parts books or brochures.  Yet a lot of cars had them,.. back in the day.

what backspacing and offset were you able to fit in?

because those are HUGE

looking to buy wheels and i don't want to make a mistake

i will probably only go with 17 or 18 but i want to make sure i buy the proper backspacing and width
