Nice ride just the way it is!

Just started reading about the new LS motors. This would be a nice candidate...

I love 2 dr sedans!! Not that it matters but the air cleaner seems to be from an older 283.
1968 was the 1st year the T-400 was available on smallblocks but this one is P.G.

Thanks
Randy

Therefore likely overpriced. All the Bel Air trim is missing. Interior looks good.

Are you sure 67 wasn't? Years ago I had a 67 Caprice 4 door hardtop 327 car with a TH400 and it looked very original.

I think you're right Carl, a Caprice with a 327 or larger engine could get a T-400 in 1967. In 1968 a 307 could get a T-400. 283's never did in  any year. T-350's were introduced in 1969. Thanks for pointing this out.

Thanks
Randy

Yeah, I had a couple of parts car 68's that were 307 TH400. I always got a kick out of that. I doubt you'd ever be able to kill a TH400 with a 307!!!

And those parts cars would probably be restorable today!! At least many of my long gone parts cars were. Getting old I guess.

Thanks
Randy

Wow, first Scotti car I have seen on eBay.

Maybe J.S. finally told Mr. Howard to clean that place out.

Is it a 327 4bbl?  The info. I read said only top of the line 67's, G.P and 2+2's with 327 4 bbl or larger engines could get a T-400, not lesser models but yours obviously proves me wrong. I don't think any 66 small block could get a T-400. Great info!! Now I'm thinking 68 was the first year "base" v8's could get a T-400. I love the 67 wagon, it reminds me of my sold 67 Strato Chief 2 dr sedan. Still have it?

Thanks
Randy

Hey Randy!!! Yes, it is a 4bbl and I should have posted that..... I edited my post and stated "has" instead of "had".... I got the Laurentian this summer after mulling it over for 4 years weather or not I want, need, require, crave or justify another mouth to feed.... But, what's one more?? It is all in fun anyways!!!

I do have a 2dr post as well.... From Manitoba and very rusty... Requires lots!!
