I called the guy The car has no VIN was stolen then recovered,the VIN was removed by Police then the car was supposed to be scrapped. Car has correct fender vents and 3:55 Posi and dash pretty stripped other wise.
ya think maybe just maybe someone grabbed the tags off it for something else and the rest is just a storey-Cops removing tags doesn't sound right to me.
Looks a lot like the one that sat in Welland for years out on river road.
